3.8. Order delivery times

The delivery of the orders will be made at the address indicated by the client at the time of placing the order within a period of 72 working hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), although this period may vary depending on the availability of the products. or the delivery address. 4. Return of products

4.1. Right of withdrawal

The Client will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to cancel, totally or partially, the purchase of the product, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Notwithstanding this and in accordance with the provisions of article 102.1 and 2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised on bottles that have been opened, nor, in case the product is served in wooden boxes when they have been opened or unsealed. Nor can the right of withdrawal be exercised in the case of personalized products.

Once the period of fourteen (14) calendar days has expired, Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. will not accept returns for withdrawal of purchases of products.

In the event of desisting from the purchase of a product, the Client must contact Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. by sending an email to tienda@torrederos.com or by calling +34 947 53 26 27.

In any case, in the event of withdrawing from the purchase, the following requirements must be met:

  • The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.

  • The return to Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. must be done using the same box used in the delivery, or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition (except in the case of wine bottles served in wooden boxes, which can only be returned in the same unopened box).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the physical delivery of the product is not enough, but you must previously notify us that you exercise that right to withdraw through a communication. In case of withdrawal, the refund will include all shipping costs paid by the customer when making the purchase. However, Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. may charge additional shipping costs in the event of an unusual shipping method or urgent delivery.

In any case, it will be the customer, in case of withdrawal, who pays the costs of returning the products to Bodegas Torrederos, S.L.

4.2. Return of defective products

Without prejudice to any other rights that may apply, the Customer shall be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the defective products or of the products delivered if they do not correspond to the order made by the user. Alternatively to the above, the user will have the right to claim, and to be delivered, a product equal to the one requested, in perfect condition.

In the cases of return to Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. of defective products or that do not correspond to your requested order, the return must be made by the Client through the procedure established in section (4.1) above, although the Client, in this case, will not have to face the costs of return of said products.

Provided that the User has followed the procedure established in section (4.1) above and the requirements established in this section have been met, Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. will refund the price paid corresponding to the returned products that are defective or that do not correspond to the product order made by the Customer, in accordance with the provisions of section (4.3) below.

4.3. Refund of the price of the products

Provided that the Client has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. will reimburse the price paid by the Client corresponding to the returned products and the shipping costs, except in the case of an unusual shipping method or urgent delivery. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the User’s right of withdrawal described in section (4.1) Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. will not pay or face the expenses and/or costs of returning the product to Bodegas Torrederos, S.L.

The Client will not be entitled to reimbursement of the price of the returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these General Conditions have not been met.

Partial returns of an order will give rise to the refund of the price corresponding to the product or products actually returned.

Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. will manage the price return order through the same payment system used by the Client to purchase the products, within a period of fourteen (14) days from the collection of the returned order, and once Bodegas Torrederos, S.L. has verified that the products to be returned meet the requirements established in sections (4.1) and (4.2) above. The application of the refund of the price in the Client’s account will depend on the bank.
